By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age with the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. If booking on behalf of others, you represent that all passengers agree to these Terms.
Sitharanee acts as an independent travel agent. We are not an airline and do not operate any flights. We facilitate the purchase of airline tickets on your behalf. All flight operations, baggage policies, and onboard services are governed solely by the respective airline's conditions of carriage. We are not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, or service failures.
All bookings are subject to seat availability and airline fare rules at the time of booking. Fares quoted are not guaranteed until the ticket is fully issued and payment received. Phone quotes are valid only for the duration of the call unless otherwise stated.
Tickets are issued only after full payment is received and verified. E-tickets are sent to the email address you provide within a reasonable time after confirmation. It is your responsibility to verify all details (names, dates, routes, class) immediately upon receipt.
Passenger names must exactly match the government-issued ID or passport used for travel. Name corrections may incur fees or may not be permitted depending on the airline and fare type. We are not responsible for costs arising from inaccurate names provided by you.
It is the passenger's sole responsibility to hold valid travel documents, visas, and any required health documentation for all destinations on the itinerary. We accept no responsibility for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.
Airfares are dynamic and may change at any time. The final confirmed price applies only when the ticket is issued. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the quoted fare is no longer available and the customer does not accept the revised fare.
We charge a service fee for booking and processing services. All fees are disclosed clearly before you confirm your booking. Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
By providing payment details, you authorise Sitharanee to charge the total confirmed amount to your designated payment method. All payments are processed securely.
Where stated, ticket prices include applicable government taxes, airport fees, and airline surcharges. Additional charges for baggage, seat selection, and in-flight services are set by individual airlines and are separate from our fees.
All change requests must be made by calling (844) 205-4177. Changes are subject to airline fare rules, availability, and applicable change fees. Some fares are non-changeable. Sitharanee charges a service fee for processing changes in addition to any airline-imposed fees.
Cancellation and refund eligibility are determined by the airline and the fare type purchased. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Sitharanee service fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.
In accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, customers booking flights originating in the United States may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund of the base fare, provided the scheduled departure is at least 7 days away. Seat upgrade requests are subject to availability and airline approval. Upgrade fees are non-refundable once processed. We cannot guarantee that upgrade requests will be approved by the airline.
Airlines may change schedules, routes, or aircraft at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes communicated to us. Your remedies for schedule changes are governed by the airline's policies.
Sitharanee shall not be liable for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines; lost, delayed, or damaged baggage; denied boarding due to documentation issues; force majeure events; or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to Sitharanee for the specific booking in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules, waiving the right to class action claims.
